The Development Tracker began out of a need to know what was going on.

  • “What’s being built over there?”

  • “What’s going into that vacant space?”

  • “Wait, that building is going to be HOW tall?”

These are the types of questions that we were not only being asked but we were asking ourselves. We wanted to be in the know. We knew that news sources were available but we also struggled with interpreting the message because plain and simple, we didn’t understand the business language. We needed news in a language that was something everyone could understand.

So, that’s exactly what we did.

Our goal is the create a place for the average “Joe” and “Jogina” to come visit and learn about what is going on in their City. We wanted a place where you could see how the city is growing, read articles about new projects that were written in a way that made sense to you and most importantly, create a place where you could have a conversation and say.

Our hope is that we can help shape the way communities grow and develop in the future by getting the community involved on day one. We post developments as soon as we learn about them in the hope that the community might be able to voice their opinion and concerns to help shape what the development ultimately becomes.

So with all this being said we want you to know that we’re here for you. We’re here to inform you. We’re here to answer your questions. And we’re here to facilitate the conversation.

Was that too deep?
